Remedy Health
In light of a Harvard Medical School study revealing that 25% of Americans lack a Primary Care Physician (PCP), concerns arose over patient dissatisfaction and the financial strain on employers. Remedy Health, an Oklahoma-based Direct Primary Care (DPC) provider, responded with a commitment to transform healthcare accessibility.
The Challenge:
The dissatisfaction of patients seeking care in emergency settings and the financial stress on employers prompted Dr. Chris Sudduth, CEO of Remedy Health, to advocate for change. The proposed solution? DPC—a model offering unlimited access to a primary care physician for a flat monthly rate.
Remedy Health's Unique Approach:
As one of the few DPC providers in Oklahoma, Remedy Health sets itself apart with a compassionate, holistic approach. Their 90-minute initial appointments cover everything from diet to mental health, ensuring comprehensive care.
Collaboration with Gitwit:
To effectively convey their story, Remedy Health collaborated with Gitwit. The objective was to refine their narrative and create a website and pitch deck that resonated with both patients and employers.
Approach and Outcome:
Gitwit delicately crafted a narrative highlighting the benefits of DPC and Remedy Health's patient-centric focus. The collaboration resulted in a compelling story that not only increased patient enrollment but also attracted employers seeking cost-effective, employee-centric healthcare solutions.
Conclusion:
Remedy Health's journey, from concept to a leading DPC provider, exemplifies the transformative potential of accessible, personalized care. The collaboration with Gitwit has successfully communicated their story, positioning Remedy Health as a trailblazer in a future where comprehensive healthcare is considered a fundamental right, not a luxury.
